DIRECTIONS

Apply to affected areas or over your whole body after bathing while skin is still damp

To be massaged into affected areas

• Front of knees
• Base of neck (above clavicle and across shoulders)
• Side and back of neck from behind the ear
• Middle of back
• Inside the upper arms, down to elbow
• Lower abdomen
• Back of hand (between finger bones down to wrist)
• Ankles (however, AVOID VARICOSE VEINS if present)

Avoid eyes and sensitive skin, allow to absorb before getting dressed

Store in cool place, will keep up to 3 months
